Driving Directions:

From I-405 take EXIT 5 (Sunset Blvd) and head East up Sunset Blvd for approx. 2 1/2 miles. You will cross through Duvall Ave (a Starbucks is on your right) to the next stop light. This is Hoquiam Ave. Take a right onto Hoquiam Ave. Hazen is a \"long block\" up on the right.

If you are looking for the baseball fields or our soccer/football turf field, you will take the first right once you see the school and proceed to the back of the school.

If you are heading for the swimming pool, fastpitch fields, tennis courts or the gym, you will continue past the school.
For the pool and gym take the first right. The gym is on the right through the \"HAZEN\" gate and the pool is at the end of the building on the right.

For the tennis courts and fast pitch field, you will take the 2nd right past the school. To enter the fastpitch fields, you need to park in the Hazen lot and walk along the Church parking lot to the field.
